Welding
We have considerable experience in the welding of fine mechanical products. This is in fact an extension to our assembly department and enables the client to get a complete product service from a single supplier.
Various stainless steel and titanium products are based on TIG welding. Soft and hard soldering of very small fine mechanical products is also done ‘in-house’. Very high welding quality is achieved with TIG welding.
Laser beam welding (LBW) is a welding technique used to join pieces of metal or thermoplastics through the use of a laser. The beam provides a concentrated heat source, allowing for narrow, deep welds and high welding rates.
